GNB
AML/CFT compliance · Built for UAE exchange houses

Run your AML program the way your FIU actually expects it — filed, not just tracked.

One UAE-native platform for KYC onboarding, transaction monitoring, wallet & sanctions screening, STR generation with real goAML-schema XML, and VARA Travel Rule reporting — instead of stitching together spreadsheets, a screening tool, and a manual filing process.

Why this can't wait

VARA's Travel Rule circular is already in force.

Issued 24 Feb 2026 and backed by Cabinet Decision 134/2025 as primary legislation, it's being examined in 2026 VASP supervisory audits as a primary indicator of AML programme effectiveness — with the AED 3,500 verification threshold and an outright ban on privacy-coin transfers. Most exchange houses don't yet have a system that produces the originator/beneficiary data a counterparty VASP is entitled to ask for.

Platform

Everything an MLRO touches in a week, in one place.

Client onboarding pipeline

Sales-to-compliance handoff with document review stages and one-click RFI emails to the client.

Transaction monitoring

Threshold, geography, structuring, and velocity rules flag suspicious activity as transactions land.

Wallet & hash screening

Screen a wallet address or a transaction hash against sanctioned-address intelligence before it clears.

Sanctions & PEP screening

Name and entity screening against OFAC, UN, and EU list data at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

STR generation & goAML filing

AI-drafted narratives and goAML-schema XML, submitted directly through your FIU B2B credentials.

VARA Travel Rule

Automatic AED 3,500 threshold detection, IVMS101 data collection, and transmission to the counterparty VASP.

Reconciliation

Match bank and exchange statements against your own transaction records automatically.

Board & MLRO reporting

AI-drafted board compliance reports and a command-center view of open cases and overdue reviews.

How it connects

Plugs into what you're already licensed to use.

GNB doesn't hold its own goAML account or Travel Rule network membership — and it shouldn't. Filing obligations belong to your licensed entity. You connect your own goAML portal login and your own Travel Rule provider account (if you have one), and GNB uses exactly those credentials to file and transmit on your behalf. Nothing is submitted anywhere without your own account doing the submitting.

Pilot program

We're onboarding a small number of design-partner exchange houses.

In exchange for early pilot terms, you get direct input into the roadmap, a compliance officer who actually answers when you write in, and a platform built around what your FIU and VARA actually require — not a generic template.
